[Legacy Oversite exploit/Bug] Sound stacking.
Sounds update at a decent rate but the cap for how many times the sound file can stack on top of itself before it plays on the next tick is too high.
To test this, bind weapon change to mouse wheel and have at it. You might want to turn the volume down 1st.

In a real world scenario, if the game lags or hickups, it will stack all of the previous sounds on the next possible update or tick and blow your speakers. There needs to be a total volume level cap or a cap on the amount of sound sources that can play on the exact same tick.
