[DXXR v0.58.1] Double deaths during countdown in multiplayer

This bug occurs on v0.58.1, but not on v0.57.3. Consider this scenario:
  • You are playing a multiplayer game of any gametype - Anarchy, Cooperative, etc.
  • A player destroys the reactor or boss, and you die during the countdown.
  • Before the countdown reaches zero, you press a key to continue to the score screen.

When you advance to the score screen, you "die" again. Your ship explodes in the same spot as your actual death (but is invisible apart from the explosions) and spews a second copy of every powerup you were carrying, and your death count again increases by one.

This is now fixed in unification and should be in the new builds, soon.
