[D2X all] Mismatch in boss teleport handling in netgames

In D2XR, teleport_boss sends a boss action of 1 with a parameter of rand_segnum, the value of the segment to which the boss is teleported.  However, this value is truncated in transit over the network.  On receipt, it is treated as an index into Boss_teleport_segs[].  As a result, the sender and receiver disagree about the segment to which the boss teleports.

Fixed in Send boss teleport index, not boss teleport segment.
